2. Prize description -
Grand prize consists of a week long trip (six nights and seven days) for four to Montana, complete with airline tickets, accommodations, car rental and travel itinerary (see prizes section). Four airline tickets valid in the Domestic U.S. only will be given away to the grand prize winner (subject to availability). The winner must provide their own transportation to and from an airport in the Domestic U.S. serviced by Northwest Airlines. Grand prize value is estimated at $3,200.
One entry from the daily winners will be chosen for this prize. You may enter as often as you like.
Daily runner-up prizes will also be awarded and they consist of an “Explorer’s Kit” provided by Kampgrounds of America (KOA) $14.95 value.
Also, all entrants will receive the option of signing up for a free 2-week trial subscription with Disney’s Blast! Program.
Travel Montana reserves the right to change or replace the prizes at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. A prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner will be responsible for all federal, state, local or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes.

3. How to enter -
Notice! You must be 13 years of age or older to enter this contest. Also, if you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have the consent of your parents or guardian. In order to participate, contestants must embark on a Treasure Hunt and search for four clues within http://montanakids.com. The clues relate to Montana. Visit the Montana Kids’ Website from March 1, 2002 to May 31, 2002. Fill out the on-line entry form and make sure your entry is submitted before 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on May 31, 2002. Entries are limited to one per day per person.
Regular e-mail may also be used to submit entry forms. Type "Kids' Promotion '02" in the subject line and the four answers into the body of an e-mail and send them to mtkidscontest@visitmt.com. These e-mails must also be received by 11:59 p.m. Montana Standard Time on May 31, 2002.
Contestants can also submit their entries by U.S. mail. Simply type or print the answers to the four questions on an 8-1/2" x 11" sheet of paper and mail them to:

All mailed entries must be post marked by May 17, 2002. Travel Montana is not responsible for any entries lost in the mail.

4. Selection of winner -
The promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. on March 1, 2002 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2002. All times are Mountain Standard Time. To be eligible for a drawing, on-line entries must be received by 11:59 PM on May 31, 2002. One grand prize winner will be selected via a random drawing from the total number of daily winners on June 1, 2002.

5. Notification -
Winners will be notified by U.S. mail, e-mail or phone within 30 days of the selection and in order to receive a prize will be required to complete and return an Eligibility Certification and Publicity/Liability Release, and any additional information, waivers and releases that may be required, which must be signed by the winner and their legal guardian (if under 21 years of age) and returned to the designated address within 14 days of the notification attempt or an alternate winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from the pool of all eligible entries. Failure to comply with the foregoing may cause the winner to forfeit their prize.
Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation, consideration, notice or consent.

6. Terms and conditions -
Open to anyone who is a legal resident of the Continental U.S. and older than 13 years of age and not employees of Travel Montana, its parent organization, the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them, nor members of their immediate families. If the winning entry is from someone under the age of 21, that winner's legal guardian must accompany the winner on the trip.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Entrants, by entering the Sweepstakes, agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Travel Montana, whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this sweepstakes promotion.
Travel Montana reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. Travel Montana is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, ineligible, or undelivered.
All entries become the property of Travel Montana and will not be acknowledged or returned. Travel Montana is not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.
Travel Montana is not responsible for typographical errors in the Sweepstakes site or these rules. Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners and are used herein for identification purposes only. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
