Information Collected
We respect the privacy of children, and do not collect any more personal information than is reasonably necessary to enable them to participate in the activities we offer at our http://montanakids.com web site.

We do not collect personal information from children under 13 years of age; children under the age of 13 may not enter or participate in our online activities requiring the collection of personal information.  Children under the age of 13 are not eligible to win prizes from any online contests, sweepstakes or giveaways.

Use and Sharing of Information
The information we collect or receive from children is used to respond to child's specific requests or to participate in sweepstakes.

We do not keep emails sent or to from children who communicate with us. We do track general trends in email communication and aggregate information to improve the content of our Web site.

We do not share children's information with anyone other than those who provide support for the internal operations of the http://montanakids.com web site. (e.g., contractor who provide fulfillment services or technical support to the http://montanakids.com web site.)

Log Files and User Tracking
For each visitor to our http://montanakids.com web site, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer's domain name.  We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.  IP addresses are not linked to children's personally identifiable information.  We collect the domain name of visitors to our Web page, browser type and version, operating system and aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit.

Surveys and Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests.  Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user over the age of 13 therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.  Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address).  Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. We encourage children between the ages of 13 and 18 to ask for their parent's permission when providing this information.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user.  We use cookies to store visitors' preferences.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding specific requests they have placed on-line or in the case of winning prizes from our online contests.

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
